Well here goes my first ever experience to shop online…………..its true some Pakistanis are uneducated, selfish pieces of flesh (no offence to anyone please) but jin logoun se mera waasta para howa hei they were as a described above.
I ordered 2 bridal wears online with them and went to pick one of them physically to Karachi as I had other shopping to do as well…….once I got there firstly they had my top colour WRONG…….. they made it orange then pink …..after arguing severely with the Bargello manager he was so SO BUTTAMEEZ……..i gave in and decided to wear that piece of sh*t even though I hated it. He told me he can make it again but it’ll take 3 more weeks and will charge me £300 extra…….im like ‘what the HELL u mean u will charge me extra on top’ aik tau u make it wrong and ooper se mujhe hi charge kur raha hei…….ooper se the lining he had made under the top was soooo moti it made me look like size 16 for god sake…….i scareamed the office down and din move until he agreed to change the lining into light silk then jamawar wich he had originally used.
The lengha was nicely fitting, im not gonna lie and the duputta was to die for it was beautiful. I was to pick it up 2 days later and to make the payment aswell……before walking out my mum spotted this nice lengha which was hanging on the wardrobe. She liked it and told him she’ll pay him 5000Rs less then what he’s asking for……..he plainly denied and said stop wasting my time…
My mum walked out saying have it fixed to my lil sister size and I’ll come 2 days afterwards to buy it for 5000Rs less. We came home and we thought beause he’s buttameez wot if he dus fix it for us but demands his full price, we’ll end up paying him full anyway….so I called him and told him to cancel the order cos my mums changed her mind………….Bargello’s manager threatens me and says ‘u do that and u wont be getting ur bridal wear and valima wear missy, u have to pay in full now that I have already sent it off to get it fixed’…..i was like what an IDIOT…..how dare he threatens me like that wen I have paid him in full and THAT order is TOTALLY different to my mums order……he thinks he can manipulate us jus cos we’re from UK and are here to shop on our own I DO NOT THINK SO
I couldn’t sleep that night……….thinking my dads back home I got no male figure to take with me to Bargello and fight with him for my bridal wear….which I have to take home back to UK……I was soooo scared…..what if he wont let me have it for some stupid lenga we’r arguing about.
Anyway we fought some more with him and finally got the lengha off him with reduced price as well as my bridal wear………..i wanted to do soooooooooo much more but I couldn’t lay a finger on him coz he still had my valima wear…which he was to post me 3 weeks later……
And now my blood boils to see how he’s taken his revenge on me and shown his most ghuttiya side of man kind by ruining my valima wear and posting it to me. ITS NOT EVEN MY SIZE……….he’s ruined the embroidery, the colour, the size of it………..i bet he’s loving it isn’t he……….i had to pay him in full before he starts making it…….now I cant even go back………I hate him I hate him I HATE HIM……….all I can do now is open up all my valima wear, fix it and make it my size, its charging me extra anyway and my mum has to do it all again…
What are we paying these lunatics for?
Bargello………..NEVER AGAIN……they got all my money and left me with UNSATISFIED product……..inn se behtur are normal ppl in Gulf and tariq Road in Karachi………..my most shopping was done in Gulf……….i got the BEST outfits made in 2 weeks with reasonable bargain………and lower class ppl are very nice and I feel for them……….because of them I had the best 2 weeks in Karachi but Bargello really did hurt me as a bride……….i hope they read this and realise they have lost a very unhappy customer.
All you brides out there please read this and take my advice DO NOT SHOP AT BARGELLO.COM

. Anyway, yes you should have slapped him. Just save the dress and whenever you go back pay him a visit.
