Yeh that's exactly what I mean, he has no respect for his clients and doesn't have any people skills. That's why I don't understand how people keep going back to him. There are a lot of other designers in Pakistan that are great and understand the value of customer relationship management. That's the only reason I couldn't be bothered by him when I went looking for my bridal dresses. I just can't stand bad customer service.

I don't understand how they can ever think they will gain further success without fixing that aspect of their business. And there's no way in hell this guy can gain international repute by doing this.
I went to Hermes and Jimmy Choo a couple of days ago in Barcelona and their service is just outstanding and Nomi Ansari is no way even near the same ball park as these two and is so pretentious that it's disgusting. So I don't understand where he gets the attitude and why? But it's not only his fault, some customers like that bad treatment. Personally, going to a designer for me is half the end product I purchase and half the way I'm treated. Many designers go out of their way to make u feel that you are getting quality treatment unfortunately nomi ansari is not one of them.

I think she was thrilled with how her clothes turned out but as far as I remember, she wasn't happy with the way he treated her. I remember her telling me how he used to act all bipolar and behaved very rudely.

^Yeah, you're probably right about that. Good riddance! I don't even think his clothes are that nice, apart from a few exceptions. He's the master of garish colors and kaam.

What an obnoxious jerk! He knew you were right Shay that's why instead of answering back and agreeing, he blocked you. He seriously deserves the Hajra Hayat treatment.

You're not getting it because you're an idiot. First of all, who the hell are you? I liked some clothes on this group and I sent the inquiry to the admins listed there thinking they are the designers/assistants. As far as I know there were only two people there including you so it only went to one other person besides you. If I was not suppose to do that then you could have politely told me through this message. There's no reason for you to act like a rude jerk. Seems like things I have heard from your past customers about what a stuckup, rude, arrogant and bipolar idiot you are, now I can see they were quite right. If you can't respect your customers, you can go to hell. Success goes to people's head at times, you're a classic example. Learn to respect your customers because they are who make your business a success but that seems like a concept lost on you. No need to act like a hotshot designer from Pakistan, you're nowhere even near being one =)
So I go back and see that he has blocked me on facebook, and then I searched for his group. I was not a member there to begin with- it was an open group and I could see everything posted there including the pictures until a few hours ago. Now it's a 'closed' group and 'request to join' only- this is hilarious!

My BIL worked with Deepak Perwani for his sherwani for his mehndi. My BIL is very particular and sent Perwani and his assistants very specific designs etc. Initially, they were very responsive. But as the wedding came closer and the sherwani still wasn't complete, it was very difficult to get a hold of him or his assistants, and when they were in contact, there weren't any straight answers.
In the end, the sherwani did come and it looked nice.
