I have finished my writings on this matter it took me sometime to write down what I think about the matter, the only problem is the whole notes are too long. My only request if you choose to read, read the whole thing.

Sorry, thought better to put in my journal. Lots of sensitive people on the forum. This way only people who are interested can read, rest can go on living there life the way they want.

I know atleast one person in GS who admitted to be an atheist. I hope he can answer your question. Apparently, he wishes that even Quran must be changed because the time has changed.

My own understanding is that people who become atheist are the one who fail to understand that Allah:swt: tests His people and those who do not realize it lose faith in HIM ending up failing the test itself and thus their faith and Imaan.

As far as my knoledge is concerned these atheist idiots should understand that the current world has changed as per the qurans predictions which were at the time of its revealing, therefore quran should not be changed all people should convert into islam which follows the true path n true book which has predicted all the future so long back & this is a book which even scientist have prooved to be CORRECT , what else prrof they require ??? , just create bloody chaos in the society n follow those steps which lead them astray this is the the atheists.

Before we go to the extent of proof. what exactly is it that you believe in? God? Kindly explain what God is? then hopefully if you are up for a roller coaster ride of your life we will go forward from there.

Quran is not a book of science, rather it is a book of guidance. But there are references to some scientific facts and some scientific theories in the Quran.

Here’s a book written in the '70s by Dr. Maurice Bucaille on the topic.

Dr. William Campbell wrote a refutation to that book, and the arguments in this book were refuted by Dr. Zakir Naik in a debate which was held a few years ago.

This one has accounts of Muslim students approaching scientists and asking them about the Quran. At least one of those scientists accepted Islam as a result of this, at least one of them acknowledged that the Quran must be divine and others just couldn’t explain it.

I strongly disagree. Humans have progressed so far because they used reasoning at times and faith (not religious faith only) at others. Faith is a strong idea which is palpable but not necessarily provable at a certain period in time. A better reasoning may prove it to be correct in a different time.

I think most people who become atheists are the ones who cant understand God. People who claim to be atheist becuz of set backs and d[FONT='Times New Roman']isappointments sooner or later get back on the old track with the positive that happens to them. So I wont really consider them atheists ... they are just mad and pissed off..
However if you try and make sense of of God ..u will go crazy... Thats becuz.. he cant be feel.. see.. touch.. smell or taste him... So if none of our senses could be deployed in exploring his existence.... doesnt that make him a Sensless being... in other words imaginary... Thats why I say people who cant understand him are truley atheists .. and they will always be.. cuz they can never understand Him ... After all who does? And those you claim to understand him are only living in self denial and blind folded by the very thought of heaven which also is unimaginable...(in other words... senseless).

A non-believer hardly considiers religious texts historically accurate or as as proof of anything, that's why they are non-believers.

A Christian believes Muslim texts just as inaccurate and false as do atheists, hindus, etc, so I don't think it matters. Any non-believer of a religion doesn't think that religion or its texts are accurate, so any miracle's or even prophethood are not believed.

So are then all the miracles false in scriptures whether they be Hindu, Muslim, Christian and Jewish. Many of the miracles especially among Judaism, Chrisitianity and Islam are common. Well, Muslims believe Christian texts to be heavily altered and Christians believe Muslim texts to be false and/or copied from Judeo-Christian texts, so similarities really don't matter. But since this is a thread addressing atheism, then let's just say that atheists don't believe in the prophets, so how/why would they believe they performed miracles?

if someone created them ... than I guess using the same theory one could question that someone must have created God as well...

that doesn't make sense, because then you can ask that question over and over again infinitely
ie, who created god, and then who created god's creator, and who created god's creator's creator, etc., etc.

the idea of infinity makes sense theoretically but it doesn't make sense in practice
