Yes, this is tip of the corrupt pyramid. This action should have been initiated since 1947. This shows how much deep in corruption is involved this army. This is the main cause of corruption in Pakistan. It should be routed out by disbanding this army. Start afresh with new one with only 1/4 or 1/3 of present strength. Pakistan does not need this corrupt useless fat Holy Cow where it is not answerable to people of Pakistan. The recruitment should be based on proportionate population of provinces not just one province to make this institution a corrupt social welfare organization to benefit certain category of people.

If you want accountability across the board start from your own party, disband it and bring in honest people . That will be start, organise the party on democratic lines instead of electing leaders through "wills".

It is a FACT with swiss cases and surrey palaces that PPP is corrupt to the core. Can we fully disband PPP and remove any bhutto ornaments from Pakistan and start afresh? :)

You have to keep in your khoprhi that had army honest and worked under the civilian governments since 1947, the situation would have been much much better. The center of corruption is army and it had breaded 99% of illegitimate politicians by fully involving in politics instead of a law abiding army working under civilian government which should be answerable to people of Pakistan.

If there is so much corruption as you said, do you think army officials have not taken their share of loot???? Army should be professional and honest answerable to civilian government only, not vice versa. Since 1947, except 5 years of ZAB, army has always called the shots. Ultimately they even did not spare their benefactor ZAB who was a very honest PM in the history of Pakistan.
