If my memory serves me right, you were in Milton area? was that you someone else. ..someone on this forum is from Milton…I have spent lot of time in Real Canadian there waiting for GO! Really loved that store.

Well the week ended well enough without having to skip a day
..I however needed to be more productive with the punching bag, but that was making my girls scared :/ then I go have a kiddie size ice cream shake at Baskin Robbins -- my kid made me get it, I easily could've fought it :D ( hoo hayee 2 excuses in the above lines. Tsk)
Next week back to school for kiddos! This mama will be back with a vengeance insh'Allah

I willingly missed my workout on the weekend+easter monday to take the kids out and bum around. It was fun. But now back to the grind. Feeling good :k:

Still some back pain. So no running. Get ting bettter. Walk everyday lunch. Am typing while walking. Some situs and pushups. Some stretches. Not enough. But trying to not lose too much fitness.

Thank you, Royal Gala. Looks like you are getting your workouts in. I heard abt planks for 1st time in the health section here a year ago. Must be good workout.
Been walking 6 days a week. Getting better (I think). Stationary bike some light weights push ups sit ups stretches. Not as frequently as I should.
Weather getting warmer.
March was hottest March recorder. Climate change skeptics are now on board.

Something a little different today; let myself go with the HIIT workout (High Intensity Interval Training)
This is how I did it. 5 mins fast paced walk…then 6 mins of intense running (like give it ALL kinda running) then go back down to walking. It is geared towards shorter period of time but along with significant amount of calorie burn; but I did a full hour…
