2 miles walk during lunch

3.69 miles jog after dinner between Sri Lanka 0/0 to 81/4

Body is stiff and cramped legs/thighs after 2 days of weekend cricket under 100 degree scorching sun (4-5 hours each on Sat and Sun). It took everything out of me. phew!!!

Oh I do warm up properly it was heat that got to me and other players. Mercury reading was 100 I am sure “feel like” was somewhere around 110 (42C-45C)

The fruit is not expensive. I meant that as a student who is caught in the middle of finals, I don’t have the luxury to go grocery shopping and buy something nice and refreshing at the moment. Even if I did though, it would go to waste, it always spoils before I can finish it.

Looks like Decents running was responsible for Lanka collapse.

Have been walking 1.5 miles lunch. Stationary bike about 4 Miles in say 50 min abt 3 time a week (Not hunt fast)

Will up the effort. Have some lower back issues.
