Last year was a bust. So here we go with training logs for a new season.
Jan 3 - baseline 5K. 35 minutes exact.
Jan 4 - mixed it up at the track with snow on it.
Today - 1h stationary bike 8.6 Miles resistance 3. Then situps, pushups, some weights, hamstring stretches.

Was sitting dormant for last 10 days of December and 1st 10 of Jan because of my grandmother's illness. Ate more packet of lays then I have in my entire life and lost weight (?????). Started drinking green tea in the morning and stretching exercises (thank you random app). Finally got my grandmother home so could go out for my regular 4km run (slow meandering walk) yesterday and today.

1/3-20 min elliptical 10 min treadmill jogging/fast walking
1/5-8 minutes jogging/running, 4 sets of squats on the squat rack. Felt so weird, body ached too much to do cardio, the squat rack felt too heavy to do. :(
