PPP has given a lot to nation including lives of its two chairpersons. PPP doesn't need seat of a person like Nazeer Jut.

You have already read about these two MPs in this thread but the matter is more intresting due to two reasons. One the fake degrees in 2002 and again they arranged not fake degrees in 2004 and second is behaviour of honorable S.C. comparing to their behave with Dasti.

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Monday reserved its judgement on petitions seeking the disqualification of PML-N legislators for using fake BA degrees to qualify for elections.
A three-member bench of Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan, Justice Mahmood Akhtar Shahid Siddiqui and Justice Mian Saqib Nisar reserved the judgement on two petitions challenging the degrees of MNA Rasheed Akbar Nawani from NA-74 and MPA Saeed Akbar Nawani from PP-49.
*A Punjab University official filed the academic record of the two lawmakers. While the university record verified that both legislators acquired their graduation degrees in 2004, the PU official told the court that the degrees acquired by them in 2002 were fake. *
Representing petitions Afzal Khan Dandla and Ghazanfar Cheena, Iftikhar Hussain Gillani called on the court to disqualify the PML-N lawmakers, who are also brothers.
Representing the PML-N legislators, Muhammad Akram Sheikh said the fake degrees of 2002 were a “closed-and-past transaction”. He said the
graduation degrees acquired by the brothers in 2004 were genuine, and they could, therefore, not be disqualified.

Another PML-N MPA Rana Mubashir Iqbal resigned **today for having fake graduation degree case.
A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case regarding fake degree of Rana Iqbal.
Rana’s counsel Hamid Khan told the court that the former decided to resign on the above said charges.
The court ordered Rana to send the copy of his resignation to Speaker Punjab Assembly, besides the Election Commission has also been asked to conduct by-polls for the seat PP-160 that fell vacant after the resignation.

ISLAMABAD: Defying Mian Nawaz Sharif’s public directive to resign if anyone was elected on a fake degree, a PML-N member of the Punjab Assembly is not bothered, although his degrees have been officially declared as fake by the relevant educational institution.
Shafiq Ahmed Gujjar, a PML-N MPA from Faisalabad, holds a fake degree on the basis of which he contested the last general election, available documents, including a written verification by the relevant recognised university, reveal.
Gujjar’s matriculation and intermediate certificates are bogus as the roll numbers mentioned on these neither existed nor were issued or authenticated by the two boards in annual or supplementary exams in 1990.
“Since his both Matric and inter certificates proved fake as such DMC (graduation degree) issued to Mr Shafiq Ahmad by Al-Khair University (AJK) is hereby cancelled,” a letter issued by the Al-Khair University confirmed.
After an investigation, letter No “AU-2(66-B)GA/2005-312” was issued by the university under the registrar’s signatures. It said that it had checked the record and copies of Matric and intermediate certificate submitted through College of Information Technology, Bank Road, Rawalpindi.
A copy of matriculation certificate bearing Sr No 0146, certificates No 0335, registration No RWP81-97 under roll No 2923, was declared as bogus by the respective boards and copies of Gazette notification for Intermediate certificate bearing Sr No. 044036 roll No 074361 registration No 322-sp1-89. Intermediate roll No given in the certificate does not exist in Gazette notification of 1st and 2nd annual 1990, the University letter says.
Shafiq Gujjar, who contested and won PP-68 Faisalabad seat, was given a tough fight by his main opponent, PPP’s Faizullah Kamoka who challenged his election in the election tribunal. But Faizullah did not pursue the case as party policy stopped him and ultimately the tribunal disposed the case of.
The News contacted Al-Khair University’s head office in AJK, Shafiq Ahmed Gujjar and Faizullah Kamoka to take their views on the issue. Gujjar said that his degrees were genuine. “My certificates are not of Punjab as I got my education from Hyderabad, Sindh and have authentic documents,” he responded.
Faizullah Kamoka, the PPP candidate who lost to Gujjar, when contacted, confirmed his party had compelled him not to pursue the case but he maintained that the degree of Gujjar was clearly fake.
The interesting part of the story is that while Gujjar claims he has genuine degrees from Hyderabad, he never presented them to the Election Commission and contested the election on the basis of his papers from Al-Khair University which were certified later to be fake.
Thus as things stand today, Gujjar’s degrees are fake but since no one has challenged him, he continues to be a member of Punab Assembly, although his party leader Mian Nawaz Sharif has clearly directed that all those with fake papers should resign voluntarily.

All of them are like that, either they are crooks and have money from all the wrong resources or they have money because their Grandfather use to wash horses and dogs of british and received acres of land in reward. Being from Rawalpindi I can tell you about Ch Tanveer , his so called brother Malik Ghulam Raza, his nephew Malik yasir Raza, Taji Khokar, Raja Javed Akhlas, etc etc.
One way or another they are related and I know for a fact how they support all of these "Qabza Groups", fake student leaders (who actually support all the wrong activities of their leaders). Right now Taji Khokar is the biggest name in under world of Rawalpindi and Islamabad but he have support of his brother and ex minister Nawaz Khokar, another big name is Raja Saeed and Raja Ramzan close to Islamabad Airport and they are getting their support from Ch Tanveer and much more from Malik Ghulam Raza.
Knowingly we see these people and let them do these lunatic acts and it dont bother us unless we get burnt ourselves, the final solution I have is very simple "Inqalab" just like the bloddy one in Iran or newest one in Turkmanistan.

They are non stop, Continue. Some of you from Pindi must have seen this historical place in Gorden College Rawalpindi, This was also a place for hiding from classes. I have not been there but Gorden college was having a special position in Pindi Division and some popular in young.

Christians protest occupation of church in Rawalpindi
RAWALPINDI: People belonging to the Christian community held a protest demonstration here on Sunday against Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Malik Iftikhar belonging to PML-N for occupying a church with the help of armed hooligans. Robinson Community Development Ministries (RCDM) organised the demonstration that was led jointly by former federal minister for minorities Colonel (r) SK Tressler, Pastor Samson Bhatti and Pastor of Chapel Zafar Mall. On the occasion, Pakistan Ex-Serviceman Association (PESA) Chairman Admiral (r) Syed Fasih Bukhari, PESA Secretary Brig (r) Mahmood and Uzma Gull, (daughter of former ISI Chief Hameed Gull) were also present to express solidarity with the protesting Christians. The participants marched from Gordon College’s Chapel to the office of Rescue -15, where the demonstration turned into a public meeting. Holding banners, posters and placards inscribed with statements for protection of places of worship, the participants were chanting slogans against PML (N), Punjab chief minister (CM), police high ups and district administration. They also kept singing religious songs during the march. Addressing the gathering, Tressler demanded that Chief Justice of Pakistan take suo motu notice of the matter. He alleged that country’s majority of politicians were criminals, who do not even observe the sanctity of holy places. Robinson Asghar said that Punjab CM Mian Shahbaz Sharif should dismiss the MPA and his brother Malik Ibrar, who is also a MNA from PML-N. He also asked Punjab government to take action against SP Zarat Kyani and DSP Malik Tanveer as well as high officials of Revenue Department for making alteration in the official record. “Unless that happens, protests would be extended to other parts of the country,” he threatened. staff report
