2 to 3 cups is a lot man.i just take one at most when i need to stay up or something.you should stay away from it if you have a family history of hyper tension too because it raises your blood pressure.its good for losing weight actually if u take it before a work out but its bad.it also causes insomnia i realized that i was having problems sleeping because i was drinking 4 or 5 cans of diet cokes everyday

Soda the rest of the day (It can go about from 1-2 bottles to more)
Reason: I have no clue, i guess i m addicted to it. It certainly does boost my energy level though instead of it getting rid of the sleepiness condition, it makes me drowsy and i often end up taking a nap.
