American women

Re: American women

Monk, if you really are uncomfortable, you should limit your contact with the flirtatious ones. Find a serious one ASAP and get married. Problem solved. Apni islaah aap.

I do not say it, I heard it from Men saying it all the time. And it really hurts at least me coz i do not nag :(

Are you sure you live in NJ? :p

Re: American women

btw TLK I being a woman, confess too that our women nag too much. You can see it happening on GS all the time :halo:

we all play blame game. This could be men's way of playing that. Nagging could also happen if I fail to bring peace and harmony in my family and fail to do my job. Off course my wife will get upset. I can call it my failure, but I would rather call it her nagging. That is how it works FT :D

Re: American women

chanda I am so bitter because I been here for freaking years now... I have see a countless population of useless Pakistani girls... Every one of them has same story... ambiguous actions... "now i am paki... oh wait..how dare you... now I am gori..."
I mean... I don't mind them being Gori like.... but for freakin heaven sake lose that "indian movie" like culture... talking to every one keeping every one in the loop...
loves are just friends ... friends are lover too... Bull-Shyt!!!!!!! I hate that shady character...
seen enough of it... now I regret for not making any advance with non paki girls

I mean they want to be amreekan...then BE FREAKIN BOLD LIKE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

may be TLK you are right. Its an optimistic way of looking at things but sadly how many such ppl do we have?

Re: American women

i started a similar thread, not cuz i wasnt getting any rishtaz (ALHUMDULLAH i do get cuz of my adaptable modest nature :mash:…lol yes when i was in Pakistan i got many even many aunties didnt know i am really not a Pakistani anymore)

Re: American women

Monk...I really dont get it. If I went back into the workforce where I was before I had kids and where I met my hubby ... then yes, absolutely I would interact with both men and women on a day-to-day basis. I've ordered men around, I've been ordered around by men...I;ve ordered gals around and been ordered around by women. No worries there, no hanky-panky there. Would I keep it "under cover"? absolutely not. I'm in the same field as my hubby, he knows the score. Nothing to hide, only stuff that needs to get done. The colleagues that happen to be male - do I call them "friend"? No, I call them "colleague". I dont understand what you're asking in point number 3...when I meet someone nice, I consider them friends, they are welcome in my home,to visit with my family whether they happen to be make or female. The rest I dont understand what you're getting at....other than you think that if a female has any sort of conversation with one of the oppostite sex then there MUSt be sex going on. Which is pathetic thinking.

Did you just …

?

:rotfl:

Ohhh K, Aunty jee.

:omg:

Monk,

My cousins in Pakistan have had boyfriends...I havent. Isnt that weird to you? Forget having a relation undercover, shopping around or cheating...a boyfriend is not a foreign concept to the majority of women coming from Pakistan. They have - most - been there and done that.

Most of them are not like that. I am one of four sisters and Ive stated this before...I consider myself a liberal but my very own family in Pakistan finds us to be MUCH more Pendo then they come! Its hard for them to believe we're not walking aorund in micro-mini's or smoking pot or clubbing all the time. Why? Because our Pakistani culture is fascinated by these things...they're NOT as taboo as we seem to think here.

Let me clarify:

Ive been here as long as Ive been alive. Ive seen COUNTLESS AND I MEAN COUNTLESS women coming from Pakistan...most of them being close family and friends. 90% of them do not look like they did when they got here a couple of years from that point. I mean, their hijabs/dupattas/chadars are off and nowhere to be found. Forget a shalwar, we are talking capris and knee length skirts now. The hair is shorter, the make up is racier, etc. The list goes on.

I used to be envious of girls there thinking they dont even have to work to be called seedhi saadhi and sughar. I stopped feeling that way after my cousins demanded to be taken to casinos and clubbing. Our night life was so boring for them. Our clothes were too backward. One more thing...apparently everyone in High Society - whatever that is - speaks only in horrific English? What is that all about?

Seriously Monk, you should change your company or your area.

Re: American women

Only a woman who has lost her virginity before marriage would care about these issues.

Re: American women

^ Explain why and how

Re: American women

^ Bus jo hareem ne eik bar keh diya so keh diya .. there are no whys and hows there.

Long story PSquard. :)

:nono:

It’s true though. And that woman doesn’t have to be an American or a Pakistani.
