not all paki men are bad and not all white americans are good.
as far as paki men are concerned...you have to learn to appreciate the good in them (and there are so many good qualities) and ignore the bad.

Riya! That is exactly what Shikra was trying to say as well. I think both of us said Pakistani husband because we were just responding to American vs. Pakistani in the title of the thread.
Anyhoo, Hmmm, interesting to know if one could have more than one husband....
So far I've seen a thread complaining why Muslim men can marry practicing Christian/Jew women without converting them. I am sure that day is not too far when life forum aunties will ask why women can't have more than one husband at a time just like the men can.

I am not a regular visitor of life forum, but I sure did miss that post if someone mentioned it. But hey, good for them but from all the complaining that I've read in the past days, it seems like us desi guys are not what they were looking for (generally speaking) :-p

i didn't want to de-rail the thread wiht a new topic...but i was just questioning why certain "physical" characteristics are used to describe someone who is not a suitable marriage partner.
