thank you so much reha for such a wonderful tip. since you have told me to increase the amount of protein in my diet and no roti i have lost 2.5 kilos in a week. i take one or two pieces of toasts with a bit of honey to make them eatable and drink one cup of green tea with lemon and honey in breakfast and during the rest of the day no roti which means no carbs. and i have started to lose again yaya. i love you reha thank you so much once again.

So after crunches even if I eat tummy wont expand?

Picture a medium sized waterbag...when you fill it up with water...it gets a little bigger right?

Picture a smaller waterbag...when you fill it up with water...it gets bigger but not as big as the medium sized waterbag.

If you do crunches...your waistline will decrease...you will lose inches and shrink your tummy. Will your tummy still poke a tiny bit after you eat? It might, but not as much as it would if it was chubby.

One more thing that will help is eating smaller portions. The rule of 1/3 is perfect. 1/3 of your stomach is for food, 1/3 for air and the remaning 1/3 is for water.

well I m doing walk 1 to 1.5 hr and stairs up and down 6 time a day from last 3 weeks and eating every thing I cook at home but slightly little in amount and cut sugar form my diet and i have reduce 5 kg now i just have to reduce 6 more kg to get back to my pre pregnancy wight which really suits me but i didnt notice a single inch reduce from my tummy and hips area :( i really want to reduce my hips west and tummy

p.s. dont recommend me any exercise

Yeah. If you start from the top right it says "1", under this it says "2". Top left is "4" and under this it says "3". And then "5" on the lower arm.

1-4 are both on the shoulder. Infact 1 covers most part or the shoulder.

In order to tune/build them,
1= All pulling exercises. Including chinups/ pulleys dumble pulls (you could do it at home)
4= pressing exercises. shoulder press(you lift weight up- over the head) , some what push ups.

2= Triceps, dumble extension I guess reha’s video had them,
3=dumble curls.

5= I mostly will build it self while you are working on other exercises.

Now all those parts compose the shape of the arm.

Good news is more parts means more area to improve :slight_smile:

1-you have to do it in one go... like a work out.
2-start increasing them. assuming a 1or2 level house 4-5 times is not going to to be very effective.

So start increasing it. 20-40 in about week and half? how does that sound like?

Hey!

I joined gym last year but i was not very regular all thru...but i did manage to loose around 12-13 kgs. The thing is starting from feb when i joined bk the gym, i put on 2-3 of the lost kgs back and my weight is stuck to it now even though i have been regular at gym. This is really annoying the hell out of me. I am loosing in inches but i wanna loose the weight/fat too.

Also, i dont know how can i weight the much i do cuz nobody believe it when i tell them my weight they think i m lying. lol.
