I tried that for a month and it worked but Due to it now I barely drink 1 glass of water in a day.
So isnt some excercise better?
And what about skinny arms?My legs aren’t skinny but my arms are and I don’t like that.
Re: All the ladies who want to lose weight from tummy, hips and arms...
running. i recently started going to the gym hoping i will get more energy and be more productive. they guys make me run even though the other stuff looks so much more fun but apparently it's the best option.
then i do weights, i do 4 different ones for the upper arms/shoulders. 3 sets of 15 at weights where i'm definitely feeling it during the last set, which is a bit of a struggle.
2 different legs. lastly abs.
if you don't have much fat to loose, you should start to see results pretty quick.
Re: All the ladies who want to lose weight from tummy, hips and arms...
I dunno. I'm just going by what I've noticed for myself and the new female addition to our group. We're both slim and don't have much body fat but we wanted to tone up and get some definition. Everyone has noticed improvement in our upper arm definition. No one sees my legs but I have noticed they look better and my butt has definitely lifted. We have the same workday diet as well. I dunno what she does at home but during work we have more or less the same lunch and snacks.
That means your tummy fat never disappeared. When you eat, your stomach actually fills up with food…so it will expand LP!
The only way to get rid of tummy fat is crunches…you have to work your abdominal muscles to burn the fat off of them.
Thats not heavy enough hareem dear. Try at least 2 liter pop bottles. OR go and buy yourself two sets of dumb bells…one light and one heavy.
BBC…you’ve gotta do a little more. Picture the fat on your belly (if there is any) and picture the muscles under it trying to get out. The harder they work, the thinner that fat layer gets. Crunches are a great way to start. They will be hard and you dont have to start by doing 500 of them! Start by doing three sets of 25. There are also several different types of crunches you can do.
This looks hard but isnt really that difficult…takes more courage than strength:
If you’re not burning, you’re not working…just getting tired. Increase the weight and repititions.
OH and please try any exercise for at least 3 weeks before expecting any changes!!!
Thanks stoppit, I guess we just have to be consistent no matter how fat there is to loose.
Thanks Reha, that woman in the video makes me feel retarded coz her workouts are so demanding! Anyway, I better move onto the intermediate level (from the beginner level) of workouts now, about time! I shall perfect these exercises, slowly and steadily.
