take boneless chiken add in 4 tbsp yogurt+1tbsp raw papaya 3 tbsp fresh cream + 1 tsp black pepper + salt+ ginger garlik paste...thts it...marinate it for 5-6 hrs and in lil oil add in the botis with all the masala...now cover n cook for 10 mins...then bhoonify it for 5 mins ...now smoke it n serve!

sure niksik...just slice 2 medium size onion...fry till golden brown...add it chiken with ginger garlik paste...fry it a bit...now add in red chillies+haldi+salt+coriander powder...add in chopped tomatoes....now let it cook...then bhoonify it by adding half cup yoghurt....when oil comes to the surface...add desired amount of water...sprinkle green chillies and fresh coriander!

hey does anyone know how to make dahi bhalla's from urad ke daal ka ataa.
i tried using that but the bhalla's were bursting in the oil. means phat gayee. i made maash ke daal atta in pakistan but they were so good.
that was chaki ka pisa howa. this one i bought from hereand re confirmed keh yeh kis cheez keh liyen hain and they said it's for bhalla's.
can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong?

I don't make them with urad kee daal atta but the actual daal. One of the reasons they might be phatting is your mixture might be thin in consistency. The mixture/paste should be thick in consistency..

try mixing with besan, 2-3 tbs.
