Mughlai mutton malai handi just add in sliced onion in oil + red chilli flakes + ginger garlik paste+ salt + haldi +kashmiri red chilli powder + meat+ water....now just let it cook on slow heat...when the meat iz soft start bhooning it...add it 1 cup yogurt n 1 tbsp coriander pwder + 1 tsp garam masala....in the end add desired amount of cream....garnish with fresh coriander and green chillies!
finally found the recipe plusha!!!!!! thnxxx for posting all these things....u along with all the others could write (and have fantastic pixx) in ur very own GS recipe book!! i wouldnt think twice abt buying it:):)

Jias :- please post your daal halwa recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, boneless, cut in medium sized cubes
- 2 large tomatoes, cut in halves
- 2 cubanelle pepper
- Marinade:
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon red pepper, powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 garlic clove smashed with salt
- 1 teaspoon pomegranate paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Marinate the chicken overnight in the fridge in a container with a lid.
- Bring the chicken to room temperature one hour before grilling. Divide up the chicken cubes and place on four skewers.
- Preheat the barbecue or oven).
- Place skewers on rack along with peppers, tomato halves inside up.
- Keep the marinade aside.
- Grill the chicken for about 8 minutes.
- Make sure to turn the skewers so that all sides are cooked equally. Every time you turn the chicken brush with marinade.
- Serve on rice pilaf with lemon wedges, roasted tomatoes and peppers with skin removed.

Chana Daal Halwa Recipe
I took two cups(andaz say) of chana daal soak for 2-3 hrs, then boil i nwater till tender not mushy, u can boil it in milk. When cool grind it in food processor.
I use big non stick frying pan to bhoonify it, so thats make me less effort in bhoonify than if I use aluminum pot.
Then put half cup oil in pan heat it put green cardamom nad cinnamon stick in it, and add ground daal mixture in it. Start bhoonifying, till it changes its colour almost 50-60 min, u can add oil if desiire, I have not exactly measurement of oil, its up to requirement.
When u feel smell of complete bhoonify add sugar up to taste and again bhoonify, then when sugar completely melts in halwa and mixed in it bhoonify for 20min then close flame after cooling sprinkle nuts over it, if u want put nuts in the halwa too.

^^ I think she is using philo dough. I guess all you do is cut rectangles. Place them on each other to make a cross. Then put the filling in the middle square and fold rest of the 4 folds....

Gia, got this recipe off dawn recipe section…
1 kg milk
½ cup rice, ground
½ cup khoya
1 cup boiled loki
1 ½ cup sugar
Pineapple, thinly sliced
Saffron
Method
Cook rice in milk. After a while add loki and khoya, and keep stirring. When it thickens, add sugar and lastly add saffron and decorate the dish with pineapple.
Edit: Ouch… i guess gul-e-firdos is something diffrent from lib-e-shirin…lol

jab siwiyan moti ho jayein tu us mein custard powder ya cornflour daalna ..mein nay tu custrad pwder dala tha...aur us shef nay bhi..

jab thanda ho jajaye tu cream add kardo aur condence milk add kardoo mix karoo aur fruits bhi add kardo
