Can anyone or Shumaisa pls tell me how you rolled the chicken patties into that rectangular shape. I want to make it using spring roll sheets.

Recipe for Chicken Patties..
Ingredients:
Method:
In a pan heat oil, add chopped onions and cook till light brown, about 8-10 minutes. Add cooked chicekn and fry for 3-4 mins. Then add Chopped Spring onions, salt, Black pepper, Coriander seeds, Cumin Powder, Red chilli powder, green chilli paste and Lime juice.. Fry a bit. Now add Boiled eggs & Potatoes. Mix well together. Remove from the heat.
Place 2 tbsp filling in center. Fold bottom point up over filling. Fold in right and left points. Brush beaten egg on the top point & fold it up.

sheal.. i made the kebab salan the exact same way. it turned out really good.thanks alot.
mahshi's recipe iz similar to pulao's...just make a yakhni by adding water to the meat+garlik+cinnamon+cloves+blak pepper+salt..now let it boil till the meat gets tender... in another pan fry the onion till pinkish brown...add in soaked egyptian rice and the yakhni with meat...thats it dum the rice and in the end fry almonds raisins and pine nuts...n sprinkle on the rice!

thanks to this thread i already made singapoori rice (the pictures and recipe was posted by a member a while ago) and it turned out great....
keep them coming, because i think everyone is getting good ideas,
its not so much a problem during ramadan....but on a normal day to day basis u do sometimes get yourself in a rut and think "aaj kyaa pakaoon" what should i cook today....sometimes u completely feel blah...nothing new or exciting comes to mind...
this thread really does help with day to day ideas on "aaj kya pakaaoon" , so don't stop!! :)
