Recipe for Cheese Sandwich:
Ingredients:
Method:
Combine chicken and all remaining ingredients, mix well. Take one piece of bread, spread some chicken mixture on it. Cover with second piece of bread.. Cut each sandwich into two parts.
Put oil in a frying pan, Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture to wet both sides and fry them in a hot pan. When one side turns golden brown, then turn the sandwich. Wait till the other side turns golden brown. Now pour cheese on top.. warm up in Microwave. (About 30 sec.)

First mix all dry ingredients (P.flour, g.flour, B.powder, salt, C.salt, B.pepper, crushed red Chilli) then add all vegetables, mix well with water. Now add yogurt & sliced egg. Mix again. Deep fry in hot oil.
Recipe For Egg Roll:
EGG ROLL wrapper:
Make batter of egg, Plain flour, corn flour, water, salt and black Pepper. Beat until smooth. Grease a fry pan with a very small amount of oil. Heat pan, pour in a little batter to cover. Leave on heat just long enough to set, about 1 minute or less. Make as thin as possible.
Filling:
Method:
Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in wok, add g.g. paste and saute well. Now add chopped onions and cook until onions turn a light brown color, about 8-10 minutes. Add mutton mince, Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until mince is thoroughly done. Add salt, Black pepper, soya sauce, crushed red chilli, & garam masala powder. Add the green peas & boiled egg noodles. Cook for 5 min more. Remove from the heat.
Place 2 tbsp filling in center of egg roll wrapper. Fold bottom point up over filling and roll once. Fold in right and left points. Brush beaten egg on top point.. Heat oil for deep frying and fry until rolls are light brown.

this was posted a while ago in this thread plusha, i know ppl ask u f or lots of recipes and u may not have time to post all, but is there anyway u can post the recipe for this one when u have time... if u already have posted it somewhere (i tried to look for it in the thread, but didnt see any) let me know of the post....
i could do a search for "mahshi" on internet, but i try to get a recipe from a person who has tried it...instead of getting it from a website,coz u never knwo how its gonna turn out or if some 1 has even tried it...

mahshi's recipe iz similar to pulao's...just make a yakhni by adding water to the meat+garlik+cinnamon+cloves+blak pepper+salt..now let it boil till the meat gets tender...
in another pan fry the onion till pinkish brown...add in soaked egyptian rice and the yakhni with meat...thats it dum the rice and in the end fry almonds raisins and pine nuts...n sprinkle on the rice!

just add in sliced onion in oil + red chilli flakes + ginger garlik paste+ salt + haldi +kashmiri red chilli powder + meat+ water....now just let it cook on slow heat...when the meat iz soft start bhooning it...add it 1 cup yogurt n 1 tbsp coriander pwder + 1 tsp garam masala....in the end add desired amount of cream....garnish with fresh coriander and green chillies!

I just made this salad. My friend is cooking moroccan food and we’re having iftari there.
Ingredients:
cucumber
carrots
red bell pepper
tomatoes
green olives
Red creamcheese filled piments (peppers)
sundried tomatoes
feta cheese
roasted pine nuts
mixed lettuce (in the bottom)
Dressing: olive oil+vinegar and a bit of sugar
