Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

Subha:

Omelet with mushrooms, cheese and spring onions (normally I add tomato slices on top but hubby doesn’t like them)

Keema naan with homemade tomato/garlic chutney

PS- I will get back to u guys with the requested recipes; give me a few days!

Amazing Amazing Amazing … :jhanda:

Leave the recipes … just fedex me the real thing

Looks extremely delicious … :yummy:

doesnt qeema stick to the rolling pin? I have made aloo walay parathay in the past but for that I usually make two pairas.. never heard of filling the paira and then rolling it for the fear of the roti falling apart or filling dripping on the tava/oven!

woudl you be able to show a pic of how does it look like?

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

Namaan: Hehehehe, forget that yeh aa kar kha lo!

These are still garram garram, just out of the oven!

I had leftover keema from the naans so I made puff pastries!

Awwww, Gia!! I just made them nans today, aggar patta hota then I could’ve taken pics of how it’s done :bummer:

And no it doesnt stick to the rolling pin. Use a bit of maida on top and make sure the keema is cooled down!

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

I should have asked earlier.. next time, please do take a pic for me!!!

you girls are sooo sughar mashaAllah :-)

sure i'll. i am going to make it tomorrow or day after tomorrow inshallah.

for aloo k parathay or qeemay k parathay we use regular flour and for that we used to make 2 chapatis and fill one with filling and cover it with other. but if u r using maida that is for nan then once u make a roti then u'll not be able to cover it with other unless u use egg yolk or milk to stick them togather.
