Hello everyone again, Its been a while but i am back.

Made Smoky vege Pasta few days ago with my own recipe & haleem for the first time. Turned out nice. Today I’m making daal mash dahi barray for the first time. Preparing chutneys right now & intend to make nihari for the first time in a few days. I’m loving cooking as my new hobby

thank you @redvelvet , yes it was very delicious, it lil bit tastes like a pizza and malai boti.. it contains cottage cheese, olives, butter, cashew nuts and many more.. you should try it..

Yesterday I made very yummy aromatic fresh leaves of qusoori methi mixed with little bit of paalak, gurr waalay rice (for the first time) & chicken corn soup (for the first time) in the evening. My mom liked gurr waalay rice. It was a great feeling knowing that she liked it.

Today I’m tired :snooty: So just enjoyed family time & rest.
