Oh by the way a tip on presenting whole chicken. Always try to face the chicken chest side down so the legs won’t knock your face. lol… It is always recommanded to have the breast side up with legs leaning down. ![]()

pakistani kukri haigi, jaisa dais waisi sayhut ![]()
Ooh Sara it looks yummy. If you dont mind can i give a little tip? i used to have the same problem with keema and ami said to drain it really well and onions can also add water. So i always use either besan or bhuna chana powder to the keema to hold it together plus an egg.
Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
^ Ira i made a big boo boo and i ended up washin the keema with water.. ammi said i shdn't've. i just dont' remember this happening when i used the beef wala keema. but nxt time this happens, ill keep that in mind.. :)
Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
What keema did you use this? I always try to put the keema in the strainer and kind of squeeze it with hand to get rid ofextra water and also leaving it in the stainer can also help. Anyway, they look good sara.
ASA Jan leva brother, i was wondring that also LOL, but neways ladies J/K waise itna khata kaun hai ??? waise good pics keep em coming JazakAllah.
