looks very yummmyyyy…i try to search for the recipe in this thread but couldnt find it…can you pls post the recipe ASAP…thankssss
Mrs Shikra, i used Shinoo’s naan ki recipe to make the naans. For the keema part, i bhoonafied the keema like you do for salans but added very little tomatoes. you dont want it to be runny but rather dry. Now take a paera of the dough, roll it out a bit, put some keema in between and bring the edges together like you are makng a paera again but now with keema in the middle. Now roll it out again and proceed as usual, like Shinoo has listed.
Here is the recipe for the naan:

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
Today’s meal. I tried someting new!!
Step by step:
-
4 chickenbreast, make them flat by beating them with a rollingpin (in between 2 pieces of clingfilm)
-
Make a dressing you’re going to use to ‘stuff’ the chicken with using:
6 cloves of garlic, 4 pieces of sundrytomatoes, a big bunch of coriander leaves, around 100 g of butter (soft but not melted!) around 2 or three dry red chilly’s (small ones) or half a tbspoon of red chilli flakes and a pinch of slat and pepper.
Grind all of these ingredients in a kitchenmachine. -
Take a big piece of aluminium foil, place your flat chicken breast in the middle and spread one large tablespoon of the mixture on top. Now roll it tightly and fold the sides of the foil untill you have a small package.
- Make the rest of the chicken ‘packages’ and place them in a preheated oven on 200 deg celcius. It’ll take around 40 minutes for them to cook.
Take it out of the foil, cut it in slices and pour the rest of the juices from the foil on the sliced chicken.
- Prepare the vegetables (I used the roast potatoes recipe posted by wannabeamum in another thread and added carrots and mushrooms to it). Basically lightly fry cut potatoes, sliced carrots and whole mushrooms in some olive oil, transfer them into a foil package, add some salt and pepper and place them in the oven for about 30 minutes. Leave the package closed untill you´re ready to serve.
- I had a fresh salad, garlic baguettes and coleslaw with it and this is the end result.
I don´t wanna brag or anything but it was truly yummylicious! ![]()
