i made apple pie over the weekend.it wasn’t so good looking (as it was my very first try at it) but it tasted really good…yumm…!!

mircho ka achar...
slit green chilies from between and add a generous amount of lemon juice on them + salt,...in a frying pan heat sarson ka tel...add in crushed saunf+ crushed methi dana+ kalonji + red chilii flakes+ lil bit of haldi...fry just for 1 or 2 mins...make sure it doesnt get brown...poue this masala on green chilies...ready to serve...its quite ez n jhatpat!! place it in the fridge.

Belle, here is the recipe i used for pesto chicken.

Yest i made keema and pasta bake. The pic didnt turn out that good since i took it way after it was cooked but the taste was yum.
ALso made dahi baray and imli chutney, they were yumm.
