Another batch of Kafta Kebab, these you buy from arab butchers all pre mixed, just add some yogurt ginger garlic paste and some mirch, snow is melted, river thawed, kids are canoeing today. I luv the view from my deck.

Do you know my absolute favourite part about eating chukandar ghosht? When you mix it with rice and the rice is all pink-ish in colour

^Thank you It was my first attempt, it turned out fab, mild sweetness at first followed by mirchi kick at the end. I’ll be making rice just for pinkish color effect
