My husband had the two burgers and emptied half the sauce bottle too-he seemed to enjoy them and he's a Karachi native and seems to know his street food well.

Sweet n sour stir fry:
1. Mix 1 TBS rice vinegar, 1 TBS balsamic vinegar (or you can use 2 TBS of either vinegar), 2 tsp soy sauce, 3 TBS ketchup, & 1.5 TBS sugar in a bowl and set aside.
2. Stir fry your veggies on screaming high heat with a pinch of salt until crisp-tender, then set aside.
3. Sautee ginger, garlic, & white + light green half of some scallions
4. Add chicken & fry until cooked through
5. Add sauce and let chicken simmer in it for a few minutes. Add crushed chili flakes.
6. Taste sauce for balance of flavors & add more vinegar for sour, sugar if you need more sweetness, or soy for more saltiness. Add cornstarch slurry until you get the desired consistency.
7. Add veggies & dark halves of the scallions into the pan & mix.
