khaya eh (no i didn’t make these…I wish!):
this is a salad called “larb”…minced chicken with chilli dressing on lettuce.
Thai “roadside noodles” and fried rice..

chicken coleslaw sandwich
the filling:
the end product (yeah…it’s not symmetrical..but it tastes good):
chicken corn soup…in a teacup 
salmon fried rice
keema sandwiches

I see you jumped on the quinoa bandwagon. What does it taste like? I've heard about it's magical health benefits.
It has a bit of an after taste, but i like it. Plus it can be made in so many different ways, and you can throw anything in it, veggies, meat etc.
