Samad.. I love all your dishes...aap ny wo kaam kar diya hai jo yahan ki kuriyan nahin kar saki.. kuch log kehty hain.. its the camera but trust me cam jaisa b ho ur dishes rock..

Yeah, I took 3 pix of it, cz it looked that good
just…all…veggie stuff. Veggie patty. spirals wiht veggies. and grapefruit pieces on the side. (Yes I put it all on the same plate)

This was fish manchirian by chef zakir
it was more like fewest and sour fish so yeah!!

veg jalfrezi !!! Made this before leaving for work this morning. It came out sooo good , I kept thinking about it all morning , finally went home for lunch and over ate !!!

Made these up on the fly..wanted to use up the strawberries before they went bad and the kids were sick of smoothies

(made some with blueberries, blackberries & raspberries too…this one looked the prettiest so it made the cut, lol!)

Talking of flies, mashima would sit in our kitchen shooting breeze with mother, with a wet cloth in her hand - which she used with great skill to swat flies. Her strike rate was quite high.
