Thanks everyone. And yes, occasionally I do make naan at home! It’s not that much work, it’s just like making roti really. All you have to do extra is let the dough rise and bake them in your oven. I just think nihaari tastes better with naan instead of roti .

Shab-e-hijar; I’ll post the nihari recipe soon. And for the best result use a big chunk of beef with bone and a little fat and a few smaller pieces without bone. Slow cooking is the best way to go with nihaari.

Anyways, so its simple. Fry boneless chicken in soy sauce. When golden brown, take it out. Now put vegiz in there and fry them. When fried add misala and mix it. Later add chicken. Also add one spoon brown sugar and close the lid. Leave it till it get soft.
Easy isn’t it
