Yesterday I made keemay waale parathay but forgot to take a picture :-/
Today insh’allah I’ll be cooking nihaari with home made naan. My brother is coming over for the weekend and uski farmaish par banaa rehi hoon. It’ll be a late dinner though cuz I’ll get home at 5 pm (after work). Pressure cooker zindabad! :k:

i hosted a dawat and made
mutton ka salan
baked chicken
chana masala
tarka walay chawal
naan
for dessert i just had lots of fresh fruit, cherries, strawberries, bananas, apples etc.
ofcourse no pics, couldnt take pics infront of guests :(

the only thing i don't like about guests is that i cant have a photo shoot of my food(in front of them i mean)...and thats the time when the food is so well garnished and presented....tsk tsk...

Oh it looks delish… I guess I will make it some day hopefully. I normally get Szechwan shrimps from chinese and they are so delish and refreshing with all the vegis. But I guess I will try making the chicken one at home.

Today I made daal (mix of yellow, orange and chana daal), baingan aloo, and white rice. Actually just got done with cooking and now I am too tired to take pics…lolz
