Had this at Noma (copenhagen). Those of you who dont know Noma:

grilled salmon ( with steamed spinach, fried red peppears, fresh pasta and arragon sauce)

prawn cocktail with thousand island dressing, asparagus and danish caviar

samad, apni pachaas salaa pictroon ko lagana band kerdo. koe nayee cheez bhi abb khalo.
these pictures are old and i have seen them before.

besides, who gets mango in april, and who eats these bay-mosomi fruits.

Haha, you use the term "recipe" so loosely.
1. Brown 1 sliced onion
2. Add 1-2 TBSP achar gosht masala, bhuno for 1 minute
3. Add chicken & brown slightly
4. Add 1 tsp each of ginger & garlic paste
5. Add yogurt (maybe 1/2 cup? I don't know, I was just trying to get rid of the remaining yogurt)
6. Cover and cook until meat is done & oil separates
7. Uncover and bhuno on high until you get the consistency you want
8. Add salt to taste & lemon juice

Zobia - There are loads of new pics, but I do also take some pictures from my flickr gallery too, since I love food photography. Muje nahi pata tha aap meri itni bari fan ho. The point is pics meri, food mera , to baqi sab chalta hai. But I got your point, aap kay liye mai aur nayi pics daloonga fikar not.

I don’t like your plating… spinach should be either on the side or under the meat.

Fattet Al Djaj…this is a layered rice and chicken dish from Jordan…it has toasted pieces of pita, rice, yogurt/garlic sauce, shredded chicken and toasted pinenuts and almonds
