Made kalakand. Love it. Super yummy and easy peasy. Used only 2 ingredients and it took just 15 minutes in the microwave.

Khatti, I ended up adding all the ingredients roughly and added lots of Imli 
as I didn’t comprehend that it will get very sour, ate it with boiled rice…Hoping to follow your exact recipe next time with round baingan…

Yea, it definitely makes a difference with the small round baingan…and the masala/salan should not be so thin..it’s more of a thicker consistency.
