Thank you :) The omelette is really simple!

2 Tblsp of whole-milk ricotta cheese
handful of roughly chopped baby spinach leaves
2 eggs
Parmesan and cheddar cheese (optional) (as much, or as little as you want)
salt
pepper
splash of milk
2-3 tablespoons of finely diced red onion

Take ricotta and half of the spinach leaves and mix together, along with salt, pepper and the other cheeses if you want (Parmesan and cheddar).
Take the eggs, salt, pepper, milk, red onions, remainder of the spinach leaves and whisk together well. Pour it into the pan and once it sets, spread the ricotta mixture right down the middle of the omelette. Fold the omelette over and flip...once you feel the cheese is oozy and the omelette will be cooked...you're done!

ur pasta salad and pizza look amazing !!! are they homemade or r u having it out at a restaurant ? i cant quite figure out because of the dish the pizza is in ???

^ yummy! :) was it the layered biryani? did you use boneless white meat? how do you kill the lamb smell?

No, it was not layers biryani with boneless chicken. I don't have any issues with lamb smell, the lamb we get is very lean and I think that is why there isn't any smell issue.

KKF, there is no way to get rid of the lamb smell unfortunately. Those who are sensitive to it will always notice it, no matter how it is cooked.

Qorma and Zeera Chicken from Fauzias kitchen.. oil ka andaza nai mila they were fine otherwise.

Grilled chicken with baked potatoes with salad. That was dinner. Lunch..aloo with matar sabzi.
