Im trying to cook healthy so I made dill and garlic quinoa, kali mirch ghosth (which turned out pretty good, Bhagari gobi, and Kali daal with my yellow pepper. tomato and basil salad)

Thanks, cant remember the exact recipe I usually cook by throwing whats available at the time into the pan (was made a few days ago when pic uploading was diasbled on GS).
I do remember washing the quinoa in a sieve (with water). Started cooking by frying an onion, garlic (lots) and ginger in a fry pan, adding turmuric and some chilli, then adding half a veg stock cube with some water to cover the added cauliflour, sliced mushrooms and quinoa. Then gently heating for 10 minutes until all the water has gone. Think I folded in some corriander and black pepper at the end. :)
