maybe if you want it to look a bit lighter you can use light brown sugar instead of dark...??

Shab-e-Hijar thanks for the link , but that video is not complete , i already watched it. Can u just give me missing part , if i am rite he put yougert first and then cream at the end. Actually i tried it but when i was making it , i did not had recipe infront of me so by mistake put double amount of yougert , so did not get the taste of boneless handi that we r familiar with.
