I used croissants instead of brioche
Left out the liquour (obviously!)
Added pecans, just because I wanted some texture, and let’s face it, Texans use pecans in EVERYTHING!!
OMG, it was soooo good! The only thing I’d do different, is serve it with a caramel sauce or vanilla ice cream if you’re not going to serve it right away…it really is best piping hot, right out of the oven!

I’ve used Anne’s recipe too about 3 times - its delicious! i always have it fresh out of the oven. Couldn’t get hold of brioche bread so used regular bread each time. Made it with and without banana. First one was abit eggy for me so used less and it was better! The Nutella twist is YUM!

oh my god.. this is all fantastic! Can you please tell me where you got the hunan chilli sauce from? I live near atlanta area and I can’t find this sauce at the local indian place..
