Mine turned out fine:hmmm: You may not have given it sufficient time before you fried. I am not sure if wheat flour is going to make any difference. But use soda water to knead.

I didn't understand your ice cream cake, did you put the ice cream with the batter and then bake.... if yes....how come in your last pic the cake looks dark while in the rest of the pics it looks lighter....could you pls clarify...thanks.

The Fiance’s birthday dinner made by moi! This is from a couple of months back!
Chicken tikka, Shammi kabob, Chaney, Ceasar Salad.
The biryani was made by my mom and the naan by Cripsy brand lol.
