I didn't understand your ice cream cake, did you put the ice cream with the batter and then bake.... if yes....how come in your last pic the cake looks dark while in the rest of the pics it looks lighter....could you pls clarify...thanks.
Yes, I did mix the ice-cream with the batter. The lighter picture is the bottom of the cake whereas the darker picture is the crusted top of the cake. Hope that makes sense..
