Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
Thank you guys. Ill post the recipes.
You are really good at baking aren’t you? The chocolate oozing out looks so delish. Share the recipe miss.
jalpari please share the recipe for trifle! everything looks soo yummy!
HnK you begin with making pudding out using vanilla pudding mix/vanilla custard and making jelly using mango jelly mix or mango flavoured gelatin. While both the things cool slightly, you cut bananas and apples. Now stir the pudding and make a layer of it in a bowl. Give it a minute. Then make a layer of chopped plain cup cakes, nuts(almonds and walnuts) and topple with chopped fruits. Now stir the jelly and pour on top. Refrigerate it for 3-5 mins so the jelly sets. Now Make a layer of Whipped cream(that i forgot:(). Refregirate again and repeat the layers. Refrigerate till well chilled. You can go as creative as you want. Chocolate chip cookies, strawberries, chocolate shavings are some of the options.
PS. I always underrated trifle. It was so very good :D
I’d opt for kinnoes… ![]()

whats up with multiple dishes? How many dishes you guys/girl have on regular dinner on regular working days?
On a normal day, its one dish + roti or rice.....
When I'm in a cooking mood, its one dish + roti/rice/noodles + salad + raita + home made dessert. :p
