super easy-- rub some tandoori masala, chat masala, lemon and marinate overnight. bake at 375 for 45 min and done!!

achari keema
fry onions in oil add ginger garlic paste thn add chopped green bells fry for a while n thn add keema fry it well in masala add salt,red chili powser,chat masala, zeera, black cumin mix it well cover the lid n cook for a while till chicken is tender.........
daal
simply boil water add all types of yellow daal add salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder n chat masala cover it till daal is tender in the end give tarka of onion n zeera......

2 cups Rice- soaked
2 medium sized onions
1/2 cup oil
2-3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 green chillis- slit open
Tomatoes- 2 big chopped
Ginger/ Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Spices:
1 tsp red chilli
1.5 tsp haldi- add more if you like a darker color
1/2 tsp dhania powder
Salt- to taste
Garam masalas:
bari ilaichi- 2
kali mirch-6-8
tez paat- 1
cloves- 6-8
Golden brown the onions...and add the garam masalas...
Add Ginger/Garlic paste...fry for a bit...add 2-3 tbsp water so the onion doesnt burn...
add all the spices...fry for a while...
Add the tomatoes...and green chillies...and bhunify...until oil separates...
Add the cubed potatoes...and fry them with the masala for a bit..I added Peas as well, but thats optional...
Add 2.5 cups water....or however much you use for 2 cups of rice...and let it boil...check to see if there is enough salt in the water...once it comes to a boil...add the rice...and put it on dum once the water evaporates...
