gola kabab

add ghee in pan,add crushed red chilli,zeera,sokha dhaniya fry it slightly....add this to minced chicken
make a paste of basin n ghee n add to minced chicken add garam masla, salt n chaat masla in chicken
fry choped onion in oil n add to chicken.......add this chicken mixture to choper machine n chop it well add very lil water n ghee n mix it well........give it dum of kyola.........thn make its kabab n fry it.......

chanay rice recipe:
soak 1 cup rice in water for almost 2hrs…
boil chanay separately or u can also use boiled chanay in tins(i use that)
fry 1 medium size chopped onion in oil when onion turns golden brown add half chopped tomatoes add whole black pepper ,cloves , zeera, cardamon, cinnamon stick,salt and red chili powder thn add boiled chanas n mix it well add 2 cups of water whn water start boiling add drained rice in it when whole water dries keep this on dum for 10 min

gola kaba:
when chicken mixture is ready… then take coal heat it on flame till it becomes red hot place a v small steel bowl on chicken put coal in that pour oil over it n cover the whole mixture for 5 min thn make its kabab n fry them…(yes you have to use that black thing used in bar becue)

masala seekh kabab recipe:
for kababs:
take minced chicken add salt,red chili powder,chat masala,black pepper,ginger garlic paste,few drops of lemon juice,green chilies (finely chooped)n mix it well n leave this for 2 hrs so that chicken absorbs all the flavours thn chop this chicken mixture n add egg…make its kabab n fry them thn keep aside…
(beef can also be used instead of chicken)
masala:
fry 4 medium sized onions(onions sholud not be chooped n their size should be like in salads…n quantity of onions depends on kebabs like for 6 kababs i used 4 medium sized onions) when onions turn slightly gold thn add 1 tomato finely chooped add salt,chat masala(its optional i add chat masala in all my dishes), red chili powder n sookha dhaniya…mix it well add 1 cup water in it when water strts boiling add kababs dry water on high flame till masla becomes consistent…

pakora kadhi recipe:
take basin add salt ,red chili powder,chaat masala,zeera,onions,potatoes n lil water mix them well make its pakoras n fry them..keep pakoras aside
fry bay leaves in oil add 1 medium size finely chooped onion when onions turn brown add chopped tomatoes mix 3table spoon of basin in one bowl of yougart beat it well n then add in the pan add lili water as well add salt,red chili powder,chaat masala,turmeric powder when it starts boiling add pakoras…n keep it on low flame for 20 mins…
give it a takda a red chilli,onion n zeera

i m v poor in explaning recipes hope above recipes are clear…
