lol…I would not call it a chicken karahi…rather chicken frying pan… :smiley:

PS: Something made in a karahi…must have a totally different taste and look than frying-panning…

mini cake is a simple basic one

Blend half cup oil n half cup sugar. Then add 2 eggs one by one blending in between. Then mix half cup flour n 1 tea spoon baking powder in a separate bowl n add the blended mixture in that. fold lightly.. Then put that in a greased mould. Put in pre heated oven. Keep at approx 180 degrees. Will be ready in about half an hour. Use a tooth pick to check if its ready or not

For cupcakes:
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup whole milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Beat everything (Except milk, vanilla, and egg) on a low speed unitl everything is combined. Gradually pour half the milk at this point until dissolved.
Now whisk vanilla+egg+remaining milk in a separate bowl for a few seconds and then pour into the flour mixture and beat on a medium speed for 2-3 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 mins or until golden.

For frosting
1 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup butter (softened)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ounce chocolate
Beat on a medium speed until light and fluffy (2-3 mins)
