Fish pie (cod chunks, sweetcorn, fine green beans in a white herby sauce topped with mashed potato)

Mixed Grill (Lamb chops and tandoori/steam chicken served on fried onions, peppers and cabbage)

Hm, I never had tandoori chicken pizza, but I hear its popular in pakistan. I dunno if I like combining desi with Italian…

its very popular here in the states too. its just like bbq chicken pizza, but with tandoori bits of chicken instead of plain bbq chicken. it gives the pizza a bit more flavor!

you should try it!

Here is how it was:

one cup boiled mashed potatoes
Mixed herbs 1/2 teaspoon
2tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/4 cup plain flour
1/2 cup corn flour
breadcrumbs 1/4 cup
salt to taste(keep it low)
egg 1
black pepper
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon

**Mix all the ingredients. Pour the mixture in hot oil using ur hand. Deep fry and serve with white sauce or ketchup. **

I actually went out to eat..so I did not make the sandwiches…but if it helps I know the filling contained artichokes, olives, zucchini, green bell pepper, mushroom, Monterey Jack Cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard.

What’s mixed herb?

a mix of parsley, oregano, rosemary etc, you will get it from any grocery shop.
