NIce chilly milly

Aw, thank you missmolly! It’s a trifle-ish dessert.

Merci :phati:

It’s a very quick recipe. Basically I used the noodles that come in a packet which include the bamboo powder and chili powder and oil.

  • Boil noodles till they’re half done.
  • Take a wok and put one and a half/two tablespoons of oil in there.
  • Add a teaspoon of garlic-ginger paste and add veggies.
  • Add salt to taste and black pepper,
  • Add the bamboo powder and chili powder from the packets (you can add more if you like).
  • Keep stirring the veggies and add a tablespoon of sambal (hot chili sauce).
  • Add the noodles and stir together.
  • (additional) Squeeze some lime over the noodles.
  • Serve!

Thank you ladies!

Chicken Biryani.. our weekend’s MUST!

Roasted soda can chicken- got the recipe from TLK’s thread using National lahori chargha masala. It has to be the most moist and tender roast chicken I ever had :yummy:

Yummylicious

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

:hayaa:

How do you place the chicken in the oven standing like that. I mean my oven has two racks and I am sure the chicken won’t fit at all standing up like that. Its just a normal oven.
