hey jalpari here's the recipe for korma
for pulaw biryani I used shan ka pulaw biryani masla. recipe is on the box so just follow it and it will turn out great :D

Chicken korma recipe
1 chicken
1 onion
1 tomato
2 table spoon garlic and ginger paste or chopped.
¼ cup of yogurt
Salt, pepper, coriander and turmeric according to your taste
1tspoon of garam masala.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions to a golden color, remove onions with a slotted spoon and grind with one tomato to a fine paste.

Stir in chicken garlic and ginger pate in a same oil for about 2/3 min add tomato and onion paste along with all the spices. Bhoonify it for 10/12 minutes ….add yogurt and little water for gravy. Cook it for few more minute on low heat.

shab-e-hijar recipe of palak gosht plzzzzzzzzz

Palak gosht recipe
Mutton or chicken 2lb
Spinach 4 bunches
Methi 1 bunch
Green chilies 4
Spices according to your taste
Garm masla 1 tb spoon
Cream ¼ cup
Yogurt 2tb spoon
Water half cup for boiling.

Step one:
Boil the spinach and methi for 10 min or until soft.
Blend spinach, green chilies and cream in blender to make a smooth mixture.
Step two:
Simply bhoonify the meat and add spinach mixture in it.
After few minutes add yogurt and cook till oil appears on the sides.

tada it tastes soooooooooo good with pulaw and white rice.

tonight’s dinner…
kabab and afghani pulaow.

I boiled 2 eggs, 2 slice toasted(did it my self :snooty:)
Put honey on slice. Put eggs in-between.
