Some things I have made over the last few days or so

Steam roast chicken, pepper rice, roast veg and potatoes.
Today I made gajar ka halwa. Turned out very well.

Looking for two easy recipes...
1. Pani Puri --- I really just need the recipes for the Puri

Pani Puri:
I've been looking for months on how to make the puri. I tried many of the recipes posted on youtube, but for some reason the puri does not come out right. The puri never phools....its looks like a chip when its done frying. If someone could show me step by step with the exact measurmetns on how to make this dish, I would be very happy! I live in the states, and a plate of 6 is $10 dollars, its kind of a rip off, so I thought I would learn how to feed my own addiction.
Ok some of you wanted the recipe for the chicken dish and the other stuff. I will try posting them tomorrow and make them available on the new portal and give a link here for it!
