^ thank u! the actuall process wasn't so difficult, but rather making the pera and making sure they are cooked properly was the hard part that may just need more prctice.
intoxicated...the pulao was actually REALLY good :D

step by step instructions i guess?
boiled two potatoes, peeled and cut in half
goonded the atta (not sure how much there was)
mashed aloo + diced onions + green masala (chopped up dhania and green onions)
mix together with the masalas
made the pera
I had more success by making two thin layers wiht the aloo filling in between rather than rolling them up and flattening them…that wasn’t worknig so well for me…
the final paratha tha came out half decent…
here you can see how it went from horrible to somewhat human shaped…
onto the pulao:
2 med onions
boiling the meat
frying the onions (about 1/3 of what was in the box)
bhooning the meat (1 pound of gosht…yes the butcher laughed at me when i asked for only one pound)
adding yakhni and then rice…
final result can be seen in the last post…

It was elachi seed thingy, to make the shorba smell and taste nice.
P.s. It tasted really good to say it was a first attempt at the daal.
