2 days ago i made bourbon chicken for dinner served with rice and noodles on the side.
I used double decker taco kit by taco bell for lunch today. It was easy as heck as yummy too.
I also made kashmiri chai and it turned out fantastic! Too bad the pic didnt turn out good.

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
Thanks Naman!
Sara
Paneer is not cottage cheese atleast i dont think it is. They sell paneer cubes in desi storesin the freezer section somewhere. They are already shaped and fried so all you have to do is add to the masala or veggies.
Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
what the hell, everywhere i checked online paneer an cottage cheese were used interchangably! ![]()
Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
Sara, the desi cottage cheese is different from american cottage cheese.

Wow…you mean sprayed with bourbon whisky on chicken…hmmmmmmmmm… ![]()
hmm bourbon chicken is usually red, urs looks more like kung pao chicken… ![]()
wondergurl, can u tell me how u did the layers in trifle?
Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
^ sure can...'how' as in what was in the layers, right? right at the bottom is plain pound cake cut in thin slices, top that with any tinned fruit ( i used pineapple chunks ) including some juice so the cake remains moist, then its custard, jelly broken in chunks, whipped cream straight from the can, repeat the layers again and i topped it with fresh strawberries.
wow!!! your a pro! did you garnish with the stir fried tomatoes or are they from the masala and just cut like that?
