Make lamb curry or marrinate lamb and make roast out of it or make a gyro type sandwhich, there is so much you can do with lamb...

cold water - 1/2 cup
eggs - 2
gram flour - 2 cups
butter - 1/2 cup
2 drops almond or rose water essence.
malai - 1/2 cup
seeded ilaichi - 6
sliver of 10 pistachios to garnish with.
heat up stove on medium high. warm up the butter in a non stick pan. add the gram flour gradually. add beaten eggs and quickly mix in the gram flour and butter. add malai. keep whisking. the coor will change to a light golden baisen color. add sugar. add rose water essence for aroma. add ilaichi.
warm up some more, until ‘baisen ka helva kinareye chowr deye’ … is not stcking to the pan any longer. turn off the heat. cool baisen hevla on a rack.
take a flat crystal or pyrex dish.
spread the beisen helva on the dish. cut in cubes.
serve with tea, or in summer with lemonade.

for baingan white masala do u deep fry the eggplants first or just add raw pieces?
