mmmmmm im going to try that baingan bharta....i love eggplants. i hope the dish doesnt come out spicy because i hate spice in vegetable dishes, they lose their unique flavor.

Thats the reason i havent used any powdered spices/garam masala. Just some green chillies, green corriander and zeera.
