kokam is a fruit kind of thing… dark red color ones… you can get them from any indian shop… if you try googling.. kokam is called kokam in english, hindi, french, german, spanish… etc etc so should be easy to find

GtG, china grass is a halal form of gelatine and it looks like transparent noodles type thingee. My phoopi in Singapore brings loads of it whenever she comes over. I am sure you can buy it in any desi store. Or you can use any halal gelatine. Basically it is used to set the cream mix.

it is also called as agar-agar can be bought in powder or strands form
