Take 100 gms of garlic, 100 gms of ginger and 200 gms of green chillies. Add a bit of salt if you plan to use it for over a week or so

last night i had prawn manchurian. same recipe but instead of chicken i used raw prawns

Daagh bhai, please can you confirm weather the measurement for the keema recipe is correct. 250g is only a very small amount and not even 1 pound of meat. Did you only use a small amount for this recipe? Thankyou, regards taffy

yeah it serves 4-5 araam se ... but you can increase the keema amount if you want to cook for more... and also change the quantities for aloo-shimla mirch as per your choice... i like more vege ish than more keema ish
